Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Achandium Play. If you're not happy with your subscription, we offer a hassle-free refund within the first 7 days of your purchase.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if you request it within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, have not previously received a refund, or a technical issue is preventing you from using the service.

How to Request a Refund

Email wordspuzzlecreator@gmail.com with the email address on your account and a brief explanation. We process requests within 3–5 business days.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: Cancel any time via the Stripe customer portal. You retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.

Refund: Immediately revokes Pro access and returns the payment to your original payment method. Processing takes 5–10 business days.
