Achandium Play is a word puzzle creation platform offering free and paid subscription tiers. Free tier: 3 puzzles per month. Achandium Pro: unlimited puzzles, premium themes, AI study buddy, saved vocab lists.

2. User Accounts

You may use the service without an account. Certain features require authentication. You are responsible for your account credentials.

3. Subscription and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation retains Pro access until the end of the billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, create harmful content, circumvent usage limits, or infringe on intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Achandium Play a license to store and display your content to provide the service.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided "as is." Achandium Play is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service.
